公司每年須給予僱員多少天有薪年假?勞工法例下,僱主應給予那些按連續性合約受僱滿12個月的僱員,享有7天有薪年假。有薪年假日數按僱員受僱年資逐年遞增至最高14天。例如服務 1 年期可享有#有薪年假 7 日。服務 9 年或以上可享有有薪年假 14 日。 但有一些公司單位強制僱員休(放)年假,每年從12月上旬起,HR 企負責人就每天都要答不少於一名員工的查詢,最多的時候,一天有四五名員工來問年假的事。「為什麼要這樣密集 ?」員工的答案則很簡單「再不計劃再不休(放),我今年的累積的年假就太多了」或「每年年底最着急的,就是怕今年(或去年)的年假被清零了。」因為某些公司的年假必須當年用完(或去年年假必須翌年用完),否則過期清零。 實際上,全年地進行良好的休(放)假計劃,對僱主和僱員都是有利的。您可以在APP上看到#實時的年假餘額,以便雙方都知道,提前或不用在年底之前,就早一點安排已經積累太多的餘額。
